We offer two levels of service to cover your Reveal products:

All Reveal products are sold with our Warranty. This is a comprehensive 12 month manufacturer’s warranty covering materials and workmanship that can be extended on an annual basis, so you can be confident that your Reveal products will always be covered.
Our premium service has been designed to provide maximum cover for your Reveal products. The Hardware Support is an upgrade to the Warranty and applies to camera products only.
Our Hardware Support includes the same comprehensive 12 month manufacturer’s warranty that is included in our Warranty, plus the following:
- Repair of damage resulting from normal operational use
- A replacement battery every 12-months, if required
- An optional annual service (approx. 7-10 business days turnaround time) which includes:
- Internal assemblies inspected and cleaned
- Gaskets inspected and replaced as required
- Battery replaced if required
- Applicable standard product upgrades applied
- Any necessary or recommended repairs carried out
- Functional Test
- Quality Inspection
