Norfolk Constabulary improve the quality of investigation, August 2006 - Norfolk Constabulary use M3 Multimedia Management Solution, to push live feeds of audio interviews taking place in several locations across Norfolk directly to a central base in Norwich. In an instanct, Senior Investigating officers (SIO’s) based at Norwich were able to listen to the live interview taking place that very moment. Streamlining the entire investigation process via M3 Solution has demonstrated vast improvements in the overall quality of crime investigation. "The interviews were loaded directly into HOLMES 2 upon completion and a third interview team based at Caister - far east of Norfolk were able to listen to these interviews prior to interviewing a third suspect later today. This operation is continuing today in the same vein. As we speak we are dispatching officers to follow up information given in interview. I can only describe this as brilliant." Sgt.
